📌 Visitor Guidelines

To help us maintain a safe and enjoyable space for everyone:

  • Reservations guarantee your spot. Walk ins accepted if we are not at capacity, and 2 hours before closing.
  • Tickets are bundled for 1 Kid and 1 Adult, there is a discount for additional kid and additional adults. Everyone attending must have a ticket. Pregnant women and people with disabilities are exempt from this.
  • Grip (non-slip) socks are required for all children inside play areas (available for purchase if needed).
  • Waivers must be signed for all people entering the building (children and adults).
  • No outside food or drink is allowed inside the play zones, we have seating area so you can enjoy your snacks and drinks.
  • Adults must remain on-site during their child’s visit and are responsible for their safety and conduct.
  • Sick children and adults should stay home and visit another day.
