What's the capacity? βΌ
The space comfortably holds up to 100 people, with seating arrangements for up to 80. We can reconfigure the layout to fit your event β whether that's theater-style, tables and chairs, or a mix of both.
Do you provide tables, chairs, and setup? βΌ
Yes. Tables, chairs, and general setup are included, and we'll work with you ahead of time to arrange the space in a way that fits your event's flow.
Can I host an adult event? βΌ
Absolutely. We've hosted adult events before and they work especially well when kids can play while the grown-ups focus on something just for them β a workshop, a social, a pop-up.
It's one of the things that makes this space uniquely ours: parents can actually be present at your event instead of scrambling for a sitter.
How does promotion work exactly? βΌ
When you host with us, your event gets featured across our full community: our website, Instagram, in-venue posters, and our email newsletter reaching nearly 6,000 local families in Somerset and Hunterdon County.
You bring the concept β we help fill the room.
What does it cost? βΌ
We don't want cost to be the reason a great event doesn't happen. Our default is a profit-sharing arrangement β what you pay scales with how well the event does. Lower risk for you, and we're motivated to help it succeed.
If you'd prefer a flat fee, we can explore that too depending on the event and scheduling.
Can I sell things at my event? βΌ
Yes. Some items require a vendor license from the state or municipality, but that's not a dealbreaker β we can help you figure out what applies to your situation.
