Q: I'm interested in booking a party, do you do tours?
A: We no longer do tours. Please check our social media, reviews, and of course you are welcome to visit us for Open Play and experience Space Play Academy with the birthday kid.
Q: How many pizzas are included?
A: We order 16 inch round pies cut into 12 slices. We will order 1.5 slices per guest (including adults) as this has shown to produce the minimum amount of wasted food. The breakdown is as follows:
Astro Explorer (20 total guests) - 30 slices (3 Large Pies)
Galactic Adventurer (30 total guests) - 45 slices (4 Large Pies)
Cosmic Hero (40 total guests) - 60 slices (5 Large Pies)
Intergalactic Legend (64 total guests) - 96 slices (8 large Pies)
Please let us know in advance if you would like the pizza cut differently. You can add more pizzas for the market value price listed on our vendor's website.
Q: Do you close the whole place during the birthday party?
A: Astro Explorer, Galactic Adventurer, and Cosmic Hero packages are not private events. The open play area is shared with walk-ins and other guests. However, we limit the number of tickets sold during your party to ensure it never feels overcrowded. Our Private Package starts at $1395+tax and it includes everything on Cosmic Hero.
Q: Can kids play after pizza and cake?
A: Unfortunately, no. Once pizza and cake are served, the party is officially over. We do offer a 30-minute grace period so your guests don’t feel rushed and can continue relaxing in the party room. We’ve had situations in the past where children became sick after eating and playing, and it’s an unpleasant experience for everyone. In cases where extra cleaning is required, additional charges may apply.
Q: Do you allow outside food for adults during the party?
A: Outside food must be approved in advance. We allow light finger foods that don’t create a mess in the dedicated party room, and we’ll provide a table for setup. If you wish to bring prepared dishes with sauces or spices, a $75 setup fee applies. This covers serving utensils, table covers, food warmers, and cleanup.
Q: I only have 10 kids. Can I book a party on a weekend?
A: Unfortunately, no. Due to staffing and operational costs, we can’t accommodate small parties on weekends. However, we offer evening time slots on most weekdays that are perfect for smaller groups.
Q: Are socks included in the package price?
A: No. We found that giving socks “for free” led some guests to treat them as disposable. We’ve carefully chosen high-quality socks with excellent grip for our play mats, and we want them to be valued and used responsibly.
Q: Can I bring my own cake and get a discount?
A: You may bring your own cake with prior approval, but no discount will apply. Please note that we cannot store cakes, so make sure it won’t melt or require refrigeration.
Q: What is the price for extra kids and adults?
A: It varies by package. The additional guest pricing is listed on our Party Packages page
